We want to help all runners achieve their goals. From beginner to racer, we will give you all our running secrets to guide you from start to finish. Older and Random Videos:
As we get more organized and produce more quality videos, you can still find lots of helpful information to help you on your running journey on our Youtube channel. (P.S. Ignore all links and references, these are very old videos Angelo did in the past for old communities.)
Beginner (Coming Soon):
Our goal for beginners is to be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping. Remember to take it slow and have fun.
Intermediate (Coming Soon):
Our goal for intermediate runners, assuming you can run for 30 minutes, is to get them across the finish line of a 5K, 10K, and a half marathon race. Our focus is bridging the gap between 30 minutes of running vs. the distance you are trying to cover (not speed).
Racer (Coming Soon):
Our goal for the racer is to see what your made of. Getting across the finish line as fast as you can requires a mixture of science and art that is customized just for you.
